The Esports Academy is an initiative of SCOGA dedicated to engaging, educating, and enabling youths to achieve excellence through the medium of esports. We seek to build developmental pathways and provide opportunities for youths to become esports athletes, coaches, managers, professionals, and the leaders of tomorrow. We also engage the diverse stakeholders within the esports ecosystem in defining and recognizing the essential standards that will allow the sustainable growth of the esports industry.

They are not always professional gamers, but they are facilitators or guides that are well-equipped to help students learn. As fellow gamers like yourself, there will be plenty of similar experiences. They are best equipped to understand the various difficulties you might have with learning the workshop content too!

While workshops are mainly for gamers, there are other workshops for families, non-gamers looking to enter the scene, and even career-seekers!

Not only will you get the opportunity to learn from gamers like yourself, gain new knowledge about the different games you love, you'll also practice important soft skills that will help you in all areas of your life!

Many of these workshops are designed to help you put into practice what you have learned. You will not be required to do any homework or preparation before the workshop. You are however expected to attend the workshop and participate actively in related activities. This will allow you to get the most of the experience. Ask questions and make mistakes! That is how learning or leveling up happens!
